Unlike other systems, we push your document to R365 the moment you hit the send button.
While we send them immediately, R365's processing time can vary. Typically we have found that over 80% of our member's documents are processed within 2 minutes. However, occasionally it may take several hours for a document to appear in their system.
Please note that this processing time is entirely dependent on R365's server capacity which is out of our control.
High volume periods, such as the beginning and end of the month, can often cause delays as their servers manage increased traffic.
