If your account gets disconnected from QuickBooks, the green connected button will turn orange and we will pop up a reminder message to reconnect.
This can happen from time to time for security reasons or an issue with QuickBooks. It will also happen if the person who initially set up the QuickBooks/clickBACON connect no longer has access to that QuickBooks account.
